BELMONT STATE CAMPAIGN

I’m Charlotte Butler, your Local Liberal candidate for Belmont.

I am a passionate advocate for our community and am committed to securing a brighter future for Belmont. I have a strong connection to Belmont which is home to three generations of my family.

I am a proud Western Australian that believes in a fair go and working hard to get ahead. I believe everyone has a right to feel safe and respected in their community and I am determined to tackle the antisocial behaviour challenges we face in the Belmont area.

I first moved to Rivervale to work in community engagement, before working as a ministerial advisor for the Federal Government. My love for animals led me to opening my own boutique dog grooming studio where we employ local staff.

Having run a small business I know how important local jobs and businesses are to our community. I am standing for a stronger Belmont where the potential in our local area is realised.

I will speak up to ensure we receive our fair share to build the infrastructure our community needs to grow and thrive.

As part of Zak Kirkup’s Liberal team, I will tackle the Labor Government’s unfair $850 a year increases to household bills, work to create 200,000 new jobs in five years and will fight to keep you and your family safe by bringing our local police stations back up to full force with the recruitment of 1,200 additional WA Police Officers.

I will be a strong, experienced voice who will speak up and fight for our community.
